Intelligence Reflecting Surface-Aided Integrated Data and Energy Networking Coexisting D2D Communications

In this paper, we consider an integrated data and energy network D2D communication coexistence (DED2D) system. The DED2D system allows a base station (BS) to transfer information-demanded users (IUs) energy-demanded (EUs), i.e., using time-fraction-based information (TFIET) scheme. Furthermore, the enables communications share spectrum with BS. Therefore, addresses growth of demands next generation networks. However, interference caused by propagation loss wireless links can significantly degrade throughput IUs. To deal issues, propose deploy intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) in Then, formulate optimization problem that aims optimize beamformer for IUs, EUs, time fractions TFIET, transmit power transmitters, reflection coefficients IRS maximize IUs’ worse while satisfying harvested requirement EUs rate threshold. max-min is computationally intractable, develop alternating descent algorithm resolve it low computational complexity. simulation results demonstrate effectiveness proposed algorithm.
